Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery or completion of service to request a return or refund. All return requests must be submitted in writing through our contact form or by contacting us directly.
For custom design services, the return period begins from the date of project completion and final delivery. For physical products, the return period begins from the date of delivery confirmation.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging when applicable. Custom-designed installations may have specific return conditions based on the nature of the project.
Items that have been damaged, altered, or used beyond normal inspection may not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
For services, returns may be considered if the service has not been fully utilized and cancellation is requested within the return period.
Cost of Return Shipping
If you are returning a physical product, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
For returns due to our error or defective products, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label in such cases.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided in the Contact Information section. Include your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant documentation or photographs.
Once we receive your return request, we will review it and provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back to us without first receiving authorization and return instructions.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom-designed installations that have been installed or modified
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Digital products or downloadable materials
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago

If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides for mandatory return periods or consumer protection rights, those rights will apply in addition to the terms of this policy.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, cancellation may be subject to fees based on work already completed or materials ordered.
For custom design projects, cancellation after work has begun may result in charges for work completed up to the cancellation date. We will provide a detailed breakdown of any charges before processing the cancellation.

Refund Procedure
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process the return.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid by another method, we will process the refund using the same payment method when possible.
In some cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange instead of a refund. We will discuss these options with you before processing your return.
